Research

1

Tuv Taam is synonymous with made at home. Our in-house R&D department develops each new product, researching the origins of each dish and the proper techniques to deliver authentic taste.

Development

2

Once a dish is brought together, we feed it to our lab on premises to test ingredients, taste, texture and consistency. We test as many times as needed to ensure Tuv Taam quality. Some recipes take 1,000 tries!

Tasting

3

As a family, Tuv Taam cooks for yours. When we are finally proud of a new dish, we serve it to a network of real life families who offer their honest feedback. It only passes our muster if it passes theirs.

Materials

4

Readying a food item for the Tuv Taam menu means shopping for the finest ingredients. From real potatoes to fresh garlic to 100% cheese, our recipes call for materials from HACCP certified sources.

Prep

5

Tuv Taam’s skilled chefs follow time-honored techniques to create our famed dishes. Amazing taste is the result of real food without fillers. For some products, like our beloved blintzes, the delicacy is in the handmade process.

Refrigeration

7

A temperature data recorder and temperature chart recorder tracks cooling status 24/7, while the hand log is manually verified every two hours. All is monitored by computer and app, and an alarm system is activated if anything ever malfunctions.

Distribution

8

Tuv Taam maintains our own truck fleet, with dedicated drivers who have been with us for years. Our own maintenance team regularly inspects all trucks for proper refrigeration, performs onsite oil changes, and tracks every delivery by GPS.
